Conditions
Prices are per person per day for a minumun Stay of 3 nights. 10 Euro per person per day will be charged for a stay less then 3 nights.
During February, July and August, as New Year's Eve the minimum stay can vary from 3 to 7 nights.
Children up to 1.99 years pay 20 Euro per day regardless of treatment, from 2 to 5.99 years have a discount of 50% and from 6 to 11,99 years old have 20% discount.
The stated rates are per person per day (included daily room cleaning, use of sauna and playground).
On arrival day your room will be ready from 2 pm.
On departure day you must check out within 10 am.
Dinner will be served at 7 pm for all our guests. Breakfast will be served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am.
Please let us know the time of your arrival.
Animals are not allowed at our farm. Thank you for your understanding.
Travel cancellation
At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival the hotel contract can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
In the case of cancellation off less than 30 days until 14 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.In the case of cancellation between 14 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
